  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
    each fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce and black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 c
    giadiniera plus juice (giadiniera is an italian condiment of pickled vegetables)

How to Make Tangy Alabama Style White Sauce


  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon, Worcestershire, black pepper, salt and cayenne. Puree giadiniera with juice from the jar, then whisk into mayonnaise mixture. Makes 1 1/3 cups. Great with poultry, shrimp or vegetables.
