1/4 cwhite vinegar
2 Tbspcornstarch (dissolved in 1/4 cup water)
1/2bell pepper, sliced and diced
2 Tbsppineapple chunks or crushed
How to Make Sweet & Sour Sauce
- Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Pour water into coffeecup, then stir in cornstarch. Take out about a cup of the sauce from the pan, stir, into cornstarch and water mixture, stirring well. Then stir this back into the pan of sauce to thicken.
- Note: recipe can be doubled and tripled. Serve with egg rolls.
