  • 1/2 c
    each ketchup, vinegar, water
  • 2 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 c
  • 1/4 c
    orange marmalade
  • 1 tsp
    ginger minced
  • 1 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch mixed with 1 1/2 tsp water

How to Make Sweet and Sour Sauce


  1. Mix all ingredients together except cornstarch and water. Bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch and water together. Stir into the boiling liquid until thickened.
  2. Store in fridge or waterbath for 15 minutes and give as gifts.
