sweet and sour dipping sauce
The picture is a bit on the orange side, but it really is pretty RED. I tried to get as close to what the sweet-n-sour sauce at Chinese restaurants tastes like.

Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons corn starch (mixed with a little water)
- - a few drops of red food coloring
- 1/2 cup chunk pineapple
- OPTIONAL
- - sliced carrots and chunk green pepper
How To Make sweet and sour dipping sauce

Step 1Add pineapple juice, vinegar and sugar to pot and bring to boil (stir occationally).

Step 2Once boiling, mix in the cornstarch/water mixture until desired thickness is reached.

Step 3Add food coloring, mix well then add pineapple.
