sweet and smokey bbq sauce
I wanted to find an alternative to what you buy in the bottles. I came up with this recipe that my family loves and I always have it on hand when I fire up the grill. This is not a thick sauce so it's much easier to pour your desired amount.

- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 dashes liquid smoke flavoring
- 5 dashes chipotle tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
How To Make sweet and smokey bbq sauce

Step 1In a small saucepan, add all ingredients together and let it come to a small boil allowing sauce to heat through.

Step 2Once heated through, let sauce cool for a few minutes.

Step 3Once sauce is cooled, pour sauce into a jar or container, then place in the refrigerator until you're ready to use.
