- 1 cup each spinach, basil, parsley and cilantro
- 1/2 cup blanched almonds
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
How To Make spinach and herb pesto

Step 1Place the spinach, basil, parsley, cilantro, almonds, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor with a shoot.

Step 2Process drizzling in olive oil until desired consistency. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
