Ingredients
- 4 tomatillos, outer papery shell removed
- 1 chipotle pepper (packed in adobo sauce)
- 1 medium onion, peeled and quartered
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/3 teaspoon honey or agave nectar
- 1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make spicy tomatillo sauce

Step 1Cover the tomatillos, pepper and onion with water and boil for 5 minutes or until soft and tender.

Step 2Drain water and place tomatillo mixture in a blender, Blend ingredients well - adjust seasonings.

Step 3This sauce will keep in the fridge approximately 1 week.
