I came up with this recipe as Pad Thai sauce can be a little thick, so I wanted to make it my own and thin out, while adding other flavors as well, perfect for shrimp, chicken & pork.

- 1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 - scallions, sliced thin
- 3 - garlic clove, smashed
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
