my sister Dena gave me this recipe canning spaghetti sauce, she got it from our mother. nothing like ypur own spaghetti sauce it has such a different taste than the boughten type.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoons basil leaves
- 2 teaspoons oregango
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 bunch celery, chopped or grind
- 3 1/2 cups onions, chopped or grind
- 3 tablespoons coarse salt
- 12 cups tomato juice
- 4 cans 4 0unces each mushrooms, drained
- 6 cans 12 ounces each tomato paste
How To Make spaghetti sauce

Step 1add all ingients in large pot. cook on low heat for 45 min. put into pint jars and seal.

Step 2for pressure cooker at 10 lbs. pressure for 10 min. or water bath for 30 min.
