south carolina-style bbq sauce
I found this recipe in Taste of Home, I made the recipe but I altered it to my taste. I posted both ways in the list. Delish. The picture I posted is from the book, however I made the same ribs yesterday and they looked just like this. This sauce really sticks to the ribs! LOL

Ingredients
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup honey (the recipe states 1 cup, however this was too tangy for my taste so i added another cup of honey)
- 1 cup yellow mustard
- 4 tablespoons canola oil ( i did not put this in either)
- 8 teaspoons worcesteshire, i shook a little more in there than that.
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 4 teaspoons coarsley ground pepper ( i used about 1 1/2)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce ( i used the green kind)

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Let cool at least 1 hour before adding to your meat.
