- 2 to 3 quarts vingar
- 3 tablespoons salt

Step 1Chop all vegetables. mix all chopped vegetables with 1/2 c. salt. let stand overnight. drain.make past of all spices, sugar, flour and vinegar. Bring to boil with chopped vegetables for 5 to 10 minutes. pack in sterilized jars and seal.
