singh's hot sauce
This is not for the faint at heart! IT IS HOT! A little goes a very long way! A friend made this and gave me the recipe several years ago. Once you get past the hot, it really does have a nice flavor. Be sure to use gloves when handling the habaneros.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces lemon juice
- 4 ounces white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 - head of garlic
- 12 - stalks cilantro
- - habanero peppers, 2-3 dozen or so
How To Make singh's hot sauce

Step 1Combine lemon juice, vinegar, salt, garlic and cilantro in blender container. Blend until smooth.

Step 2Add habaneros, one at a time, blending on high speed, until sauce is at the top line of the blender, about 5 cups. Blend until smooth.

Step 3NOTE: BE SURE TO WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING THE PEPPERS. FOR A LITTLE LESS HEAT, REMOVE THE SEEDS AND VEINS OF THE PEPPERS.
