1/2 bottletomato ketsup
1/2 cbrown sugar or splenda equivelent
1/2 csweet pickle juice
1 tspcoleman's dry mustard
2 Tbsplea and perins steak sauce.
1each pinchsalt and pepper to taste
How to Make simple, sweet BBQ sauce
- remove pickles from jar.
- in a 1 quart, lidded container,
Mix in mustard first with a little of the ketsup to mix without clumping. Add all other ingredients and shake vigorously.
- Baste ribs during the last 3/4 hour of cooking.
All BBQ, sweet, sugar sauces will burn if put on in the beginning. cook ribs until done, then baste and turn down low to glaze.
