- 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, not packed
How To Make sauce for steak

Step 1Heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-low heat in a frying pan, about 2 minutes, stirring often.

Step 2Add the soy sauce and water then whisk in the brown sugar. Turn heat up to medium-high, bring to a boil. Cook until it starts to thicken, about 5-6 minutes. Serve over steak.
