Stay away from the smoke added bbq sauces. This keeps well in fridge for up to 6 months; but I think when you see how it tastes, it will be gone way before that!

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle
    basic no smoke added bbq sauce
  • 1 bottle
    sweet and sour sauce
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    sorghum molasses or grandma's or brer rabbit
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    light soy sauce
  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 1 tsp
    horse radish mustard, horse radish sauce or cream of horse radish, heaping
  • dash(es)
    season all [optional]
  • 2-3 dash(es)
    hot sauce do not use tobasco

How to Make Sam's BBQ Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix well, store in fridge for up to 6 months. Use at room temperature.
  2. Note: Add garlic salt, powder, minced garlic, minced onions etc as a variation.
    And, as with any red dsauce, do not add until the meat is ready to take off the grill.
