Stay away from the smoke added bbq sauces. This keeps well in fridge for up to 6 months; but I think when you see how it tastes, it will be gone way before that!

- 1 bottle basic no smoke added bbq sauce
- 1 bottle sweet and sour sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons sorghum molasses or grandma's or brer rabbit
- 3-4 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon horse radish mustard, horse radish sauce or cream of horse radish, heaping
- dash season all [optional]
- 2-3 dashes hot sauce do not use tobasco

Step 1Mix well, store in fridge for up to 6 months. Use at room temperature.

Step 2Note: Add garlic salt, powder, minced garlic, minced onions etc as a variation. And, as with any red dsauce, do not add until the meat is ready to take off the grill.
