My mother used this one on fruit cake. However I hate fruit cake so I used it on Ice cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - whipping cream
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teaspoon rum extract or real rum

How To Make rum sauce for ice cream and desserts

  • Step 1
    In a mixing bowl beat whipping cream until peaks form set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl beat the egg white and salt until foamy. Gradually add the fluff and rum until stiff peaks form. fold into the whipped cream.
