How to Make Rum Sauce for ice cream and desserts


  1. In a mixing bowl beat whipping cream until peaks form set aside.
  2. In a small bowl beat the egg white and salt until foamy. Gradually add the fluff and rum until stiff peaks form. fold into the whipped cream.
