- 1/2 - whipping cream
- 1 large egg white
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 teaspoon rum extract or real rum

Step 1In a mixing bowl beat whipping cream until peaks form set aside.

Step 2In a small bowl beat the egg white and salt until foamy. Gradually add the fluff and rum until stiff peaks form. fold into the whipped cream.
