Ingredients

  • 4 cups rose petals
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch red food coloring

How To Make rose petal syrup

  • Step 1
    Simmer rose petals with water and sugar for one hour. Add drops of red food coloring to get desired color.
  • Step 2
    Strain through a fine sieve. Bring back to the boil and put in hot steralized bottles.
