  • 2 c
    creole mustard
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced celery
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely diced shallots
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1/2 tsp

How to Make Remolade Sauce


  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Chill
  3. Serve with seafood, pork or any meat. Also great with vegetables.
