    roasted, red pepper (7 1/2 oz jar)
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3/4 c
    sweet onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    small capers
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    brine from capers
  • ·
    salt and black pepper, to taste

How to Make Red Pepper and Caper Compote


  1. Chop red peppers. Combine with other ingredients. Let stand at room temperature to let flavors meld.
  2. Good served over fish or chicken.
