  • 1 jar roasted, red pepper (7 1/2 oz jar)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons small capers
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons brine from capers
  • - salt and black pepper, to taste

How To Make red pepper and caper compote

  • Step 1
    Chop red peppers. Combine with other ingredients. Let stand at room temperature to let flavors meld.
  • Step 2
    Good served over fish or chicken.
