Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
How To Make raisin sauce for ham or pork

Step 1Bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Add the raisins and boil for 5 minutes. Stir in the brown sugar; reduce heat to medium.

Step 2Combine the cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of cold water. Stir well.

Step 3Gradually add the corn starch mixture to the raisin mixture. Stir in the salt and the next 3 ingredients. Cook until it thickens and is bubbly. Stir in the vinegar.

Step 4Serve warm over ham or pork.
