How to Make Quick white sauce
- 1Melt butter in sauce pan, add snp, over low heat slowly sprinkle in flour mixing well continually until enough to make it "ball up" , stir in milk in small amounts until achieve desired consistency for intended use.
Milk n flour amounts only approx.
- 2If using with pasta dish ie lasange a runny mix may be desireable, for the likes of cauli cheese etc where moisture wont be soaked up a thicker mix better.
- 3To make cheese sauce simply stir in small quanties of grated cheese over low heat until cheese melts in mix
