Ingredients
- 50 grams butter
- pinch salt n pepper to taste
- 50 grams flour
- 1 cup milk
How To Make quick white sauce

Step 1Melt butter in sauce pan, add snp, over low heat slowly sprinkle in flour mixing well continually until enough to make it "ball up" , stir in milk in small amounts until achieve desired consistency for intended use. Milk n flour amounts only approx.

Step 2If using with pasta dish ie lasange a runny mix may be desireable, for the likes of cauli cheese etc where moisture wont be soaked up a thicker mix better.

Step 3To make cheese sauce simply stir in small quanties of grated cheese over low heat until cheese melts in mix
