quick white sauce

Used in many of my other recipes, listed here to save retyping. 50 grams butter makes one batch.

pinchsalt n pepper to taste
How To Make quick white sauce
1Melt butter in sauce pan, add snp, over low heat slowly sprinkle in flour mixing well continually until enough to make it "ball up" , stir in milk in small amounts until achieve desired consistency for intended use. Milk n flour amounts only approx.
2If using with pasta dish ie lasange a runny mix may be desireable, for the likes of cauli cheese etc where moisture wont be soaked up a thicker mix better.
3To make cheese sauce simply stir in small quanties of grated cheese over low heat until cheese melts in mix
