Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (can use fresh)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (can use fresh garlic)
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sherry
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 drops hot sauce
How To Make quick and easy stir-fry sauce

Step 1Combine cornstarch through beef bouillon powder in a small bowl and stir well.

Step 2Add soy sauce, vinegar, sherry, water and hot pepper sauce and whisk until well combined and smooth.

Step 3Just before adding to stir-fry, whisk again to combine ingredients.
