Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (can use fresh)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (can use fresh garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sherry
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 drops hot sauce

How To Make quick and easy stir-fry sauce

  • Step 1
    Combine cornstarch through beef bouillon powder in a small bowl and stir well.
  • Step 2
    Add soy sauce, vinegar, sherry, water and hot pepper sauce and whisk until well combined and smooth.
  • Step 3
    Just before adding to stir-fry, whisk again to combine ingredients.
