Ingredients

poblano pepper
1
white onions
3
garlic cloves
3 tsp
oil
1/2 c
milk
4 Tbsp
butter
1 Tbsp
flour
1/2 tsp
white pepper
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1 1/2 tsp
lime juice
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
mexican crema

Step-By-Step

1In a medium sized sauce pan heat up the oil and sauté the onion, poblano, and garlic until tender and almost caramelized
2Throw in the butter until melted
3Add Flour to thicken
4Stir in crema and milk
5Add white & black pepper, limejuice and salt; Stir and let simmer 3-5 minutes
6Remove from heat, taste test!
