Ingredients
- 1 - poblano pepper
- 1 - white onions
- 3 - garlic cloves
- 3 teaspoons oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mexican crema
How To Make poblano crema sauce

Step 1In a medium sized sauce pan heat up the oil and sauté the onion, poblano, and garlic until tender and almost caramelized

Step 2Throw in the butter until melted

Step 3Add Flour to thicken

Step 4Stir in crema and milk

Step 5Add white & black pepper, limejuice and salt; Stir and let simmer 3-5 minutes

Step 6Remove from heat, taste test!
