Peach BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced peaches, drained, 1 lb
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper

How To Make

  • 1
    Put all ingredients in blender container, cover and run on high speed til smooth. Spoon sauce over meat. Baste meat with sauce every 15 minutes.
