This is delicious over baked salmon

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish and lemon juice
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • salt and white pepper

How To Make parsley sauce

  • Step 1
    Heat the butter in a small pot over medium heat. When the butter is melted whisk in the flour and cook about 5 minute.
  • Step 2
    Whisk in the heavy cream then the milk. You want a thin gravy consistency. Do not let it boil. Keep it at a slow simmer.
  • Step 3
    Mix the remaining ingredients into the sauce. Remove from heat.
  • Step 4
    Serve over fish, poultry, pork or potatoes
