Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish and lemon juice
- zest of 1 lemon
- salt and white pepper
How To Make parsley sauce

Step 1Heat the butter in a small pot over medium heat. When the butter is melted whisk in the flour and cook about 5 minute.

Step 2Whisk in the heavy cream then the milk. You want a thin gravy consistency. Do not let it boil. Keep it at a slow simmer.

Step 3Mix the remaining ingredients into the sauce. Remove from heat.

Step 4Serve over fish, poultry, pork or potatoes
