How to Make Parmesan Cheese Sauce
- 1in a skillet melt butter over medium high.
- 2sprinkle flour while consistently whisking. cook until golden and lumpy (30 second to a minute)
- 3gradually add in milk (keep whisking) and bring to a boil and cook for 1 - 2 minutes or until thickened.
- 4Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and paprika, whisking still, until smooth.
- 5Remove from heat and serve immediately.
