I created this cheese sauce recipe. It's all about Parmesan cheese. It so perfect for burgers, pasta dishes, chicken wings, fries, soft tacos, shrimp, steaks, baked chicken, vegetables, pot roast, dip for breadsticks, fish dishes, and even fried chicken.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 3/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cup whipped cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
How To Make parmesan cheese sauce

Step 1In a large bowl, combine sour cream, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, milk, and cream cheese. Whisk together until smooth. Season with crushed red pepper.

Step 2Melt margarine in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add flour, heavy cream, and remaining Parmesan cheese. Whisk together for 3 minutes until it turns into a roux.

Step 3Pour the Parmesan cheese mixture into roux. Mix over medium-high heat. Let it simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

Step 4Remove from the heat and set aside.
