Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2/3 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
How To Make parmesan and poppy seed sauce

Step 1In a saucepan melt the butter and add the garlic and saute 2 minutes. Add the wine and reduce by half. Whisk in the flour and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 2Whisk in the broth and bring to a boil and whisk until thickened. Turn off the heat and stir in the poppy seeds, Cheese and lemon juice.
