You could use this filling inside cupcakes, or like Grandma W probably did, inside the biscotti dough like she made other fillings for!

Ingredients For paratigui filling, grandma w

  • 2 1/4 lb
    almonds, skinned
  • 2 c
    water
  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make paratigui filling, grandma w

  • 1
    Make syrup with water and sugar. Should be stringy. Take out about 1/2 cup, then add almonds. Don't add reserved syrup unless needed for consistency. Add honey and vanilla.
