Pancake Syrup

Ingredients

·4 cups white sugar

·2 cups brown sugar

·3 cups water

·1 tbls. maple flavoring if desired
How to Make Pancake Syrup
- Mix ingredients together in a 3 quart saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until disolved.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until desired consistancy is reached.
- Serve over pancancakes or waffles.
- Store leftovers in glass quart jar and refrigerate.
