    soy sauce
  • 1 small
    onion, grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    bourbon
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 tsp
    hot sauce

How to Make Pacific Barbecue Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
  2. Use as a marinade for beef, pork, or chicken and as a basting sauce during cooking.
