  • 1/4 cup each balsamic vinegar and orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon shallot minced
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter
  • salt

How To Make orange rosemary balsamic butter sauce

  • Step 1
    In a small saucepan combine the vinegar, orange juice shallot and rosemary over medium high heat until reduced to 3 tbsp. Add the butter and whisk until well incorporated. Remove the rosemary sprig.
  • Step 2
    Taste and add salt. Serve over chicken, fish or pork
