- 1/4 cup each balsamic vinegar and orange juice
- 1 tablespoon shallot minced
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 6 tablespoons cold butter
- salt

Step 1In a small saucepan combine the vinegar, orange juice shallot and rosemary over medium high heat until reduced to 3 tbsp. Add the butter and whisk until well incorporated. Remove the rosemary sprig.

Step 2Taste and add salt. Serve over chicken, fish or pork
