- 3/4 to 1 c
- powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp
- ground cinnamon
How to Make Orange Cranberry Sauce
- 1Place cranberries in a non stick sauce pan.
- 2Zest 1 tangerine and juice both, add to pan.
- 3Add 3/4 Cup sugar to the pan and cinnamon.
- 4Cook till cranberries have popped and mixture is thickened. Stirring occasionally.
- 5Adjust sweetness to taste with remaining 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
