3/4 to 1 cpowdered sugar
1/2 tspground cinnamon
How to Make Orange Cranberry Sauce
- Place cranberries in a non stick sauce pan.
- Zest 1 tangerine and juice both, add to pan.
- Add 3/4 Cup sugar to the pan and cinnamon.
- Cook till cranberries have popped and mixture is thickened. Stirring occasionally.
- Adjust sweetness to taste with remaining 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
