Frosting on cakes

  • 3 Tbsp
    creamy peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter or light margarine
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp
    cocoa, unsweetened
  • 2 c
    powder sugar or splenda sugar powder sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt or light salt
  • 2-4 Tbsp
    milk or low-fat milk

How to Make Nut & Chocolate Frosting


  1. Mix together peanut butter or light margarine and vanilla. Stir in powder sugar, cocoa and salt.
  2. Add milk, stirring until you reach the desired consistency.
  3. Splenda Sugar (Powder sugar)
    2 cup of Splenda sugar
    2 teaspoon of cornstarch
    Put in blender high speed about five minutes.
