north carolina bbq sauce
(1 RATING)
In Texas, we typically see the tomato based sausce with a peppery background. With the proliferation of regional food and traditions, I decided to give this one a shot. As a result, I typically serve BBQ two ways. Strangely, each time I use this sauce, I loose the urge to use fowl language. Guess mom's technique of washing my mouth with vinegar worked.
