norma's bar-b-q sauce
This is good on chicken & pork chops. Keeps in fridge for weeks. I got this recipe from my son's sister-in-law, Norma. I usually have some in the fridge and I half the recipe sometimes. I think the molasses is the secret!

How To Make norma's bar-b-q sauce
-
Step 1In medium stock pot, blend all ingredients & bring to slow boil. Now simmer until the meat you're grilling is ready. You can refrigerate what you won't use for weeks.
-
Step 2Kick it up a notch, as Emeril would say, by adding red cayenne pepper.
