Ingredients
- 1 can large can of puree+1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 - chopped fine garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1=2 can chopped clams(i use 2 but you can add one
- 1/2 teaspoon salt(you can add more if you like or less
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder(optional)

Step 1Over medium heat, in sauce pan saute garlic cloves in olive oil till golden brown.Add Puree,water and clams stir well.Add the rest of the ingredients stir.Simmer for one -two hours.You can make a white sauce by omitting the puree and using a cup of water.DONT DRAIN CLAMs.
