Ingredients For nana joann's

  • 1 can
    large can of puree+1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 3
    chopped fine garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp
    ground oregano
  • 1=2 can
    chopped clams(i use 2 but you can add one
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt(you can add more if you like or less
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder(optional)

How To Make nana joann's

  • 1
    Over medium heat, in sauce pan saute garlic cloves in olive oil till golden brown.Add Puree,water and clams stir well.Add the rest of the ingredients stir.Simmer for one -two hours.You can make a white sauce by omitting the puree and using a cup of water.DONT DRAIN CLAMs.
