How to Make My Mom's Chow Chow

  1. Chop all ingredients small and put into stock pot. Let them all come to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes or until the vegetables are done.
  2. While hot - boil your canning jars. Fill hot jars with the hot chow-chow. Let stand and cool. Check to make sure the jars are sealed. Enjoy all winter!!!!
