my lime crema
My favorite seafood restaurant serves a lime crema with its fried calamari appetizer. It's so darn good, too! I have been wanting to duplicate it. So, this is what I came up with to serve with my shrimp tacos tonight. It's pretty close to what the restaurant serves, I'm pleased!

Ingredients
- 15 ounces crema (Mexican-style cream)
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make my lime crema

Step 1Pour the crema into a small bowl. Zest the lime and add to the crema. Add the juice from the lime and the garlic powder.

Step 2Mix well and refrigerate. I poured the mixture back into the crema bottle for easy serving.

Step 3Very delicious on shrimp tacos!
