- 1/2 cup dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup diced banana peppers
- 12 ounces beer
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
How To Make mustard

Step 1whisk sugar,dry mustard,flour and salt in a medium saucepan.

Step 2Whisk in beer and vinegar. let stand approx. 10 minutes.until foam subsides.stir in peppers.

Step 3cook over medium heat,10-12 minutes until boiling, whisking often. reduce heat , simmer until thickened .Preocess or refrigerate.process for 10 minutes
