mushroom and garlic sauce
This is a simple, "no brainer" sauce, but it is so good on steak, stuffed tomatoes, or ANYTHING.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mushroom and garlic sauce

Step 1Heat olive oil in skillet, add minced garlic and mushrooms and cook for about 5 min. Salt and pepper to taste. NOTE: Be careful not to burn garlic, but if you let the olive oil and butter get good and hot, you can throw in the garlic and mushrooms and immediately remove the pan from heat, stirring your veggies, they will basically cook instantly.
