Ingredients

1 Tbsp
butter
1 Tbsp
flour
1 c
milk
3 Tbsp
gruyere cheese (or swiss cheese) grated
1 Tbsp
parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp
dijon mustard

Step-By-Step

1Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
2Remove from the heat and add the flour, stirring with a wire whip.
3Return to a moderate heat.
4Add the milk gradually, stirring the mixture constantly until the sauce is thickened.
5Add the remaining ingredients, and salt and pepper to taste.
