- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons gruyere cheese (or swiss cheese) grated
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
How To Make mornay sauce for crepes

Step 1Melt the butter in a small saucepan.

Step 2Remove from the heat and add the flour, stirring with a wire whip.

Step 3Return to a moderate heat.

Step 4Add the milk gradually, stirring the mixture constantly until the sauce is thickened.
