How to Make Mornay Sauce for Crepes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
  • 2Remove from the heat and add the flour, stirring with a wire whip.
  • 3Return to a moderate heat.
  • 4Add the milk gradually, stirring the mixture constantly until the sauce is thickened.
