  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

How To Make mongolian stir fry sauce

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together in pan on stove top. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 20 minutes until thickened.
  • Step 2
    You can place in fridge, freeze, or can this in pressure canner at 10 lb. pressure for 1 hour
