- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 teaspoons ginger powder
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 cups soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

Step 1Mix all ingredients together in pan on stove top. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 20 minutes until thickened.

Step 2You can place in fridge, freeze, or can this in pressure canner at 10 lb. pressure for 1 hour
