mom's quick hollandaise
My mom used this type of hollandaise for years before I even realized that there was a from-scratch way to do it. It was most often served over broccoli.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise, regular or low fat
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mom's quick hollandaise

Step 1Over low heat, or in a double boiler, combine milk and mayonnaise, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.

Step 2Stir in the lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Step 3Serve over broccoli or where ever you'd like to use hollandaise!
