mole barbeque sauce
Kyle and I are great lovers of BBQ and love to try out different rubs, marinades and sauces ..thanks to BHG for the basis of this awesome recipe.:D There ARE a lot of ingredients that go into it, but most are already in your cupboard (For those of us who cook Mexican, ALL are already in our cupboard lol) If u like spicy without being overly hot and want to try a different, but great BBQ sauce -give this one a try. Ingredients
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons butter, chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ancho chile pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon water
How To Make mole barbeque sauce

Step 1In medium microwavable bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes. Stop and stir and then microwave for an addition 1 1/2 minutes.
