  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano, fresh
  • 2
    bay leaves
  • 1/4 tsp
    cumin ground
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2
    oranges ( prefer sour )

How to Make Mojo Criollo


  1. In mortor, crush the garlic, oregano, bay leaves, cumin, salt and pepper.
  2. Saute this mixture in the olive oil until it is gold in color. Remove from the heat and add the juice. Mix well and use as a marinade.
