- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 can soup
- 1/2 cup liquid
- 1/2 cup fruit
- - garnish
- SOUP
- - tomato
- - cream of celery
- - cream of chicken
- - cream of mushroom
- LIQUID
- - chicken broth
- - apple juice
- - water
- - pineapple juice
- FRUIT
- - chopped tomato
- - chopped apple
- - chopped pear
- - drained crushed pineapple
- GARNISH
- - raisins (red or golden)
- - salted peanuts
- - cashews
- - toasted flaked coconut
- - craisins
- - sunflower seeds
How To Make mix-n-match curry sauce

Step 1Melt butter in 2-quart sauce pan over medium heat. Cook onion and curry powder until onion is tender, stirring occasionally.

Step 2Stir in SOUP and LIQUID until well-blended. Add FRUIT; heat through, stirring occasionally. Top with GARNISH.

Step 3Serve over meat, poultry or rice. Makes about 2 cups.
