Following the basic RECIPE, when you get to SOUP, LIQUID, FRUIT, or GARNISH, select ONE ingredient from each of those headings, and follow the directions accordingly.
You can 'custom make' it each time, according to what you have in your pantry, or whatever your tastebuds are dictating at the moment! :o)

How to Make Mix-n-Match Curry Sauce
- Melt butter in 2-quart sauce pan over medium heat. Cook onion and curry powder until onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in SOUP and LIQUID until well-blended. Add FRUIT; heat through, stirring occasionally. Top with GARNISH.
- Serve over meat, poultry or rice. Makes about 2 cups.
