Mint Butter

This is an easy butter recipe that can be used to top grilled meats or vegetables. It's especially nice with lamb. From the Ultimate Grill Book.

  •   1/2 c
    butter, room temperature
  •   1/2 c
    fresh mint leaves, lightly packed
  •   1 tsp
    lemon juice

    Combine all ingredients in a blender. Whirl until well blended; scrape down sides of container often.
