1/2 clemon juice
1/4 cworcestershire sauce
3 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
1 Tbspolive oil
2 tspgarlic, finely chopped
2 to 2 1/2 lbmeat or chicken
How to Make MEDITERRANEAN MARINADE
- Combine lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, oil and garlic; mix well.
- Place meat or chicken in a self-sealing plastic bag set in a bowl. Pour marinade over meat or chicken close bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally to distribute marinade.
- Drain and discard marinade.
- Grill or bake meat or chicken until done as desired.
