Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 to 2 1/2 pounds meat or chicken

How To Make mediterranean marinade

  • Step 1
    Combine lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, oil and garlic; mix well.
  • Step 2
    Place meat or chicken in a self-sealing plastic bag set in a bowl. Pour marinade over meat or chicken close bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally to distribute marinade.
  • Step 3
    Drain and discard marinade.
  • Step 4
    Grill or bake meat or chicken until done as desired.
