Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
- 2 to 2 1/2 pounds meat or chicken
How To Make mediterranean marinade

Step 1Combine lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, oil and garlic; mix well.

Step 2Place meat or chicken in a self-sealing plastic bag set in a bowl. Pour marinade over meat or chicken close bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally to distribute marinade.

Step 3Drain and discard marinade.

Step 4Grill or bake meat or chicken until done as desired.
