- 1 pint baby portebello mushrooms
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup marsala wine
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
How To Make marsala mushroom sauce

Step 1Clean and take stems off the mushrooms, cut in quarters.

Step 2In a sauce pan add the butter, olive oil and mushrooms, saute a few minutes.

Step 3add in the soup mix, water and marsala wine and simmer 15 mins.
